Schema Couples Therapy Special Interest Group

Do you work with couples using schema therapy? Would you like to gain new insights and skills while connecting with other schema therapists using the schema couples therapy model? Join the Schema Couples Therapy Special Interest Group now!

The Schema Couples Therapy Workgroup usually meets the third Monday of each month at 8:30 AM Eastern Standard or Daylight Time for one hour. We use the online system ZOOM, so you can easily join using your favorite device (smartphone, tablet, phablet, laptop, desktop, or even a telephone). The sessions are recorded, so even if you can't attend a meeting, you can still take part in the conversation. To join, you must be an active ISST member, and must also complete a GDPR consent.

During the meeting, a member presents on a relevant topic, and members discuss different aspects of their experiences to help each other grow and become exposed to different aspects of working with couples. No identifying patient or client information is shared during the meeting, so strict confidentiality is maintained.

If you are interested in joining the workgroup, please contact Eckhard Roediger, the chair of the Schema Couples Therapy Workgroup: EMAIL
