High quality schema therapy supervision is essential for the development of highly competent schema therapists. This webinar is comprised of 4 training modules and is developed for:

Advanced Level Schema Therapists who are interested in becoming supervisors in Schema Therapy. This is now an ISST requirement for those who began certification training in January 2014 or later.

Schema Therapists who began training before 2014 and wish to become supervisors may attend the 3 hour webinar to be given by Jeff Conway in the fall, but are encouraged to participate in the new 12 hour webinar.

Current Supervisors who completed the previous mandatory 3-hour webinar are also encouraged to register for any or all of the new webinar modules.

• The general approach to supervision based on the Schema Therapy model.
• The 3 roles of a Schema Therapy Supervisor – Teacher, Mentor & Therapist.
• A detailed introduction of the new Case Conceptualization Form & Case Conceptualization Rating Scale.
• Guidance for common obstacles that arise for Supervisor and Supervisee.
• Supervisee Schema & Mode activation.
• Video vignettes illustrating how to overcome various types of challenges in supervision
• A complete review of the Schema Therapist Competency Rating Scale.
• Impediments to supervision.
