This programme is designed for both UK-based and international candidates and is delivered in English by Dr. Stanislava Saffova.

We are pleased to offer our Autumn 2026 cohort with the following schedule:

Module 1 (Foundations): 25 – 27 September 2026
Module 2 (Advanced Skills): 27 – 29 November 2026
Bonus Day (Optional): 11 December 2026 — Applying Schema Therapy in Shorter-Term Contexts

The training fulfils the ISST 40-hour requirement (25 hours didactic, 15 hours practical). Our Bonus Day is a special addition designed to honour Jeffrey Young’s vision from the first JYSTA symposium, focused on making Schema Therapy accessible also within shorter-term clinical settings.

To ensure high-quality experiential learning, all online sessions utilise Zoom breakout rooms. This allows for supervised practice of core techniques—including imagery rescripting, chair work, and limited reparenting — with immediate feedback from the trainer.
