Schema Therapy for Couples/Relationships Workshop

(Workshop can lead to Certification for ST-Couples)

Dates: 12th (Online), 18th (Cardiff Bay), 19th April (Cardiff Bay) & 17th May 2024 (Online)

Presenters: : Eckhard Roediger; Mandy Walsh; Anastasiya Lovegrove

This basic module system developed by Dr Eckhard Roediger consists of 13 main modules and 2 optional modules. These will be presented online during Days 1 & 4 and in our Cardiff Bay training room on Days 2 & 3. Attendees need to attend all 4 days. Practice will take place both online and in the training room in small groups. This model is a new and exciting approach to treat not only couples but can also be effective in helping and improving all types of relationships including those in the workplace. The model offers a broad scale of therapeutic tools to work with partners and also to work with individuals who seek relationship therapy on their own. The model can guide and assist you to navigate through the many difficulties that challenging couples bring to the therapy room. The 13 modules and 2 optional modules that we learn in the training room can be taken straight to the therapy room. These modules include the 'two leg' model; the mode cycle clash card; stopping clashes; re-balancing; assessing the vulnerable side and the assertive side and much more such as preparing for a separation.

Please email Mandy for further details about the course and for certification criteria.
