About
I am a psychologist and CBT trainee, currently pursuing my PhD in Psychology. I mostly work with adults who feel anxious, overcontrolled, or lost while trying to find themselves. I work individually and with couples, using Schema Therapy ideas to help them understand their emotions and the ways they connect or fight.
In my PhD research, I study the experiences of parents after high-conflict divorce and how their emotions, early schemas, and modes affect co-parenting, including how these modes relate to their self-positioning. My goal is to help parents in Lithuania see co-parenting not as a loss, but as a way to work together for their children’s well-being and their own growth.
