A therapist/psychological counselor based in Fuzhou/Fujian of China with ST, CBT and psychodynamic approaches for more than 10 years. The co-founder of Schema Therapy China (STCN).
Schema therapy's trip having started in 2017, I have been attending several courses conducted by Jeffrey Young, Wendy Behary, Remco van der Wijingaart, and so forth, through which I have gotten much help to enhance my competency.
Furthermore, I have completed the International Training & Certification Programme in Schema Therapy and became an accredited Advanced Schema Therapist in 2025.
Working Philosophy: Through listening, acceptance, and companionship, explore confusion, clarify ideas, and explore the deep causes of problems with clients based on the present, stimulate individual internal motivation, achieve inner growth, and reconcile with another self.
